qANTERBURY DR. LOGAN, UTAH 84321, (collectively the "Grantor") does her:eby
grant and quitclaim unto BEAU D. ERICKSON, and spouse, JENNIFER ERICKSON
of81857 U.S. HWY 89, AFTON, WYOMING 83110, (collectively the "Grantee") the
fbllowing lands and property, together with all improvements attached to the property,
lying in the County of LINCOLN, State of Wyoming.
A parcel of land located in the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 19, Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Afton City,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and further described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest comer of said Section 19, from which the West one-
sixteenth comer of Section 19 bears South 89° 26'04" East 1311.02 feet;
Thence South 89° 26'04" East 109.45 feet along the south line of said Section 19
to the intersection of an existing building, the True Point of Beginning;
Thence North 89° 39'29" East 52.94 feet along the north wall of said building;
Thence South 00° 14' 33" East 0.84 feet along the east wall of said building;
Thence North 89° 26' 04" West 52.94 feet along said south line of Section 19 to
the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 22.2 square feet.
Together with and subject to: All easements. Water, Electricity, Rightaways of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same unto the Grantee and unto the Grantee's heirs and
assigns forever, with all appurtenances attached to the property.
