I, William J. Wiemann, hereby appoint Kevin Voyles of Lincoln County, Wyoming, to act as
my lawful Attorney-in-Fact (my "attorney").
1. Scope and Duration. This limited power of attorney shall be construed effe.ctive from
the date of my signature hereto. I intend the authorizations and powers granted in the
limited power of attorney to continue during any period when I am disabled, incompetent or
absent. 000253
2. Powers. My attorney shall have the powers and authority to take any actions necessary
or incident to the execution of these powers, as fully as I could do as if personally present.
For purposes of clarification, and not as a limitation of this grant of limited powers, these
limited powers shall include:
2.1 Disposition of any Real Estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. The power
to lease, exchange, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge or otherwise dispose of all real
estate, and to execute and deliver assignments, contracts, mortgages, deeds, bills
of sale and any other instruments necessary to complete the sale and/or purchase
of the real estate.
3. Governing Law. This limited power of attorney shall be overned by the laws of the
State of Wyoming in all respects including its validity, cons uction, interpretation and
termination. If any provision is determined to be invalid, such in lidity shall not affect the
validity of any other provisions.
