KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of October 31,
2005, executed by Britton Gupton and Jacqueline M. Gupton, husband and wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $64,043.90
which mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th day of November, 2005, in Book 604 of
Mortgages, at Page 37 as document number 913521 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
