RELEASE OF ATTORNEY'S LIEN

I, Richard J. Mulligan hereby release the Attorney's Lien filed on
the 20th day of December, 2004 at 11:15 a.m., receiving number 905381,
book 575, page 414 by the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Attached hereto is a copy of the Attorney's Lien filed against the property
located at 1356 County Road, Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Deed referred to and recorded in Book 422PR, on
Page 504 and the property referred to and recorded in Book 446PR,
on Page 95, within the Slj2SWlj4 of Section 34, T36N, R119W, of
the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:
