KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 14,
2006, executed by Rodney Dale Fegenbush, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $50,000.00which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 20th day of April, 2006, in Book 617 of Mortgages, at Page 479 as document number
917652 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and

the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
