QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
CHAD D. CAZIER and G. DANYEL CAZIER, husband and wife
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, m consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration m hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
herein convey and quitclaim unto
CHAD D. CAZIER, as an individual in his own right A ~"J b~~ 7~~1/\
and his heirs, successors, and assigns, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim,
and demand as they have or ought to have m or to all the following described real estate, situate
m the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That Tract of Land described m the deed of record m Book 373 PR Page 513,
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, and specifically described as follows:
In Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
SECTION TWENTY-SEVEN (27): West half of the Northwest Quarter

Excepting Therefrom, the South 31 rods of the SW1I4NWl/4.

Reserving to W. Dale Cazier and Nelda C. Cazier a life estate in and to a
twp acre tract fronting Wyoming State Highway Highway #238 on the
east, as more specifically described in said deed of record;
. Excepting Therefrom a 300 wide strip ofland on the west edge of the above
described Tract of Land, as described in the deed of record m Book 477 PR Page
409, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
AIso Excepting Therefrom a tract of land (the Danyel tract) described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a pomt on the east boundary line of the SWl/4NEl/4 of
Section 28, said point being due north a distance of957 feet (58 rods)
from the southeast comer of the said SW1I4NE1I4; and running
THENCE due North a distance of 230.51 feet to the south right-of-way
boundary line of Harmony Creek Lane;
THENCE S86°30'00"W, along right-of-way boundary, a distance of
824.11 feet;
THENCE S81°28'39"W, continuing along right-of-way boundary, a
distance of 499.40 feet to the west boundary line of the said SW1I4NE1I4;
THENCE Soo02'38"E, along said west boundary line, a distance of 122.51
feet;
THENCE N89°17'22"E, along a line 957 feet from, and parallel to, the
south boundary line of the said SWl/4NEl/4, a distance of 1316.46 feetto
the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 5.75 acres, more or less,
