CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE is made the 1st day of September, 2006, by and
between SBR, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, the Grantor, and Steve Bills and
Bonnie Bills, Husband and Wife, whose address is: P.O. Box 280, Cokeville,
WY 83114, the Grantees;
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant.
bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantees. all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and more particularly described as:
See attached Exhibit "A"
Together with all mineral rights and water rights associated with said lands.

Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 19 titled, "S. REED DAYTON-
ELDON DAYTON MAP OF TRACTS IN TRACT 90 T24N R119W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of Tract S of said plat, N 82°15.5'
W, 1655.11 feet ITom Corner No.2 of said Tract 90, found as
described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence N 89°12' W, 222.00 feet, along the south line of said Tract Sits
southwest corner identical with the northwest corner of Tract A of
said plat.
