COURT OFFICER'S DEED
WHEREAS, the Thirdludicial District Court of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, has beretofore and on the 15th day of June, 2006, duly entered an
Order authorizing and directing KATHIE HAMILTON, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of STEPHEN GARY HAMILTON, deceased,
to ¡execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as bereinafter
de~cribed, upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and;

I i WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said
Ol)der of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee;

i NOW, KATHIE HAMILTON, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of STEPHEN GARY HAMILTON, Deceased, Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto: the Trust for David C.
Hamilton, Teresa Talley as Trustee; an undivided one-half interest in the
following described real estate to-wit:
A tract of land lying in theNEl/4NEl/4 of Section 6, T32 N, Rl19 W of the
6th P.M., Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at apoint 1109.50 feet West of Northeast Comer of said Section
6 and proceeding thence West 215.50 feet, thence S. 0°14 E., 807.00 feet,
thence S. 0°31' E, 464.80 feet, thence N. 67°44 E, 224.77 feet, thence North
1186.60 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to restrictions and reservations contained in the U.S. Patents and
to easements and rights of way of record or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor bas executed this Deed this
