WARRANTY DEED
Donna C. Cole and Tom E. Cole, husband and wife
Grantors of Idaho Falls, County of Bonneville, State of Idaho, hereby Convey and
Warrant to
Custom Construction Inc. a Wyoming Corporation, at 4271 Willow Creek Lane, Bedford,
Wyoming 83112, for the sum ofTen dollars and other good and valuable consideration
for the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue ot the homestead exemption laws ot
the State, to-wit:
Lot Thirty Eight (38), Star Valley Ranch Plat Two (2) as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to the reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and right-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
