QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LaDawn Egbert Miner, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum ofTen ($10.00) and
other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents
does for his heirs, executors, and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim
unto Michael R. Miner, whose address is PO Box 448, Cokeville, WY 83114, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to
have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
Lot 6, of the West Side Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as the same
appears of record on the Official plat thereof fùed in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject. However, to all reservations restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of
-way of record or vision or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
Exemption taws of the State of Wyoming.
