VERIFICATION OF SUCCESSOR SOLE TRUSTEE
The Rock Springs National Bank, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, being first duly
sworn upon its oath according to law, certifies and states as follows:
1. That on the lIth day of June, 1992, John N. Chrisman, acting as Settlor,
and John N. Chrisman, acting as Trustee, entered into an agreement creating the John
N. Chrisman Revocable Trust, which trust, for formal purposes, has heretofore been
referred to as:
JOHN N. CHRISMAN, Trustees of the JOHN N. CHRISMAN
REVOCABLE TRUST, dated June 11, 1992
2. That John N. Chrisman died at Big Piney, Sublette County, Wyoming, on
the ~5th day of December, 2002.

I !3. That upon the death of John N. Chrisman, the Rock Springs National
Bank succeeded to the trusteeship of John N. Chrisman under said trust, all in
accordance with Article F.6. of said trust.
4. That attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof, is a legal
description of certain real property in which the John N. Chrisman Revocable Trust,
dated June 11, 1992, has mineral ownership, and which is affected by this
Verification.
5. That for purposes of holding title to trust assets, beneficiary designations,
transfers directly to the trust, and formal correspondence, said trust shall hereafter be
referred to as:
ROCK SPRINGS NATIONAL BANK, sole Trustee of the JOHN N.
CHRISMAN REVOCABLE TRUST, dated June 11, 1992
