P. JA YE RIPPLEY being duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and states as follows:
1. I am one of the attorneys for Plaintiff, Avco Financial Services of Idaho Falls,
Inc., now known as Citifinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Citifinancial"), in the
above-captioned matter.
2. On June 22, 2006, the District Court for the Third Judicial District, Lincoln
County, Wyoming entered Default Judgment against the Defendant in this matter ordering
absolute ownership and entitlement to quiet and peaceful possession of that certain property to

Plaintiff.
3. The property subject to the mortgage and the default judgment IS more
particularly described as:
Commencing at a point 816.50 feet North, more or less, from the
Southwest comer of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section 11,
Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Etna, Wyoming;
thence East 50 feet to a ~"x 24" iron pipe with aluminum cap on the East
side of State Highway 89; thence East 160.15 feet to a point; thence North
127.50 feet to a point; thence North 86057'43" West 160.38 feet to the
point on the highway right-of-way; thence South 136.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
