QUIT CLAIM DEED

I For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby
ackri.owledged, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association
("G~antor"), hereby conveys, releases, remises and forever quitclaims to JOSEPH P. KLœST
and!JAYNE W. KLIEST, husband and wife, whose current address is 881 South Elm Avenue,
Kankakee, lllinois 60901, and to their representatives, successors and assigns, all of Grantor's
right, title and interest in and to that certain parcel of real property described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 60 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as described in the official plat thereof;
together with its appurtenances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this instrument on this \ S- day of
