WARRANTY DEED
BRENT FRANCIS SIMPSON and BEVERLY L. SIMPSON, husband and wife,
Grantors, of Turnerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83112, for and in consideration
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to: ANTHONY Q.
CAZIER and TERESSA S. CAZIER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantees, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83112, the following described
certain real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption

"The property as described in Exhibit "An a copy of which is attach'èd
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and
all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
