CORRECTION SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
Maxine Heiner, Trustee of the Glenn W. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15,
1992, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of the sLÎm of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS only as against all claiming by, through or under her
to Daniel G. Heiner and Cathy A. Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 185
West 200 South, Vernal, UT 84078, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel 1
A parcel of land previously conveyed in accordance with Parcel C as shown on the
Record of Parcel Division and Boundary Adjustment Plat recorded in the Office of
the Lincoln County Clerk February 3, 2003, as Plat No. 8-0, Instrument No. 863998,
more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 8, T34N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the South line of said SW1/4SW1/4,
said point being 248.94 feet S 89°39'29" E from the B. L. M. type Monument found
marking Baker Engineers PE/LS 698, 1971 location for the common corner between
said Section 8, Section 7, Section 18 and Section 17; thence N 0°41'05" E, parallel with
the West line of said SW1/4SW1/4 208.70 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence S 89°39'29"
E, parallel with said South line, 418.03 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence S 0°59'52" W,
parallel with the East line of said SW1/4SW1/4, 208.71 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike found;
thence N 89°39'29" W, along the South line 416.89 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 2.000 acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South portion of the
above described Parcel, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in Instrument
No. 547377, filed with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 169 PR, on page
414.
In accordance with Parcel C as shown on the Record of Parcel Division and Boundary
adjustment Plat prepared for Maxine Heiner and Joshua Edward Flud and Diana Heiner
Flud by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and

A parcel of land being conveyed as a Family Exemption Conveyance pursuant to
W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i), more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Glenn W. Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Affidavit
recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th.
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe marking the Northwest corner of the Daniel G Heiner
and Catherine Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 543PR,
on Page 514, with said Office, said Point of Beginning 248.95 feet S89°39'34"E,
along the South line of said SW1/4SW1/4, to the Southwest corner of said Daniel G
Heiner and Catherine Heiner property and 208.71 feet Noo41'i4"E, along the West
line of last said property to the Point of Beginning; thence Noo41'14"E, 208.70 feet to
an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S89°39'34"E, parallel with said South line,
419.19 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S1°00'OO"W, parallel with the
East line of said SW1/4SW1/4, 208.71 feet to the Iron Pipe marking the Northeast
corner of said Daniel G Heiner and Catherine Heiner property; thence N89°39'34"W,
along the North line of said Daniel G Heiner and Catherine Heiner property, 418.05

LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN THAT CERTAIN SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED DATED

CLERK ON AUGUST 12, 2004, IN BOOK 564 PR, PAGE 628, RECORDING NO.

Trustee of the of the Glenn W. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15, 1992, described in

of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
