common comer thereof on an Easterly boundary of said Subdivision;
thence South 68°45.4' West, 523.03 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of AJpine Village Clrclc;
thence North 21 °13.4' West, the Base Bearing for this survey, 465.53 feet, along said right-of-way line, to a
Northwesterly corner of said Lot 35 at the Intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Alpine
Village Circle with a Southerly right-of-way line of AJpine Village Loop;
tbence Northeasterly 98.06 feet along the arc ofa circular curve to the left through a central angle of31012'46"
having a radius of 180.00 feet, with a chord bearing North 43"34.5' East, 96.85 feet, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING.
