QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MENDY THESE PRESENTS that JOE DELL SCHWAB and
BARBARA SCHWAB, Husband and Wife, of Smoot, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in
consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to TYLER F. JONES
and hI I IE LEE JONES, Husband and Wife, Tenants by the Entireties, of Smoot,
Wyoming, Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing.and waiving all rights under .and by virtue of the
h~mestead exemption láws of the State, to-wit:

Rl18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more specifically described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 1Ùong the centerline of the Reeves-Schwab County Road,
No. 12-149, said point bearing S55°49'26" W, a distance of 1136.52 feet from the
NWll16 comer of Section 6; thence mnninz N89°29' 11" E, parallel to and 60 feet
to the south of the BOUth boundary line of that tract of record in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Book 493 PR, Page 548, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence
due south a distance of 200.00 feet; thence S89°29' 11" W, a distance of 312.73
feet to the centerline of the said County Road; thence N23 °39' 19" W, along said
centerline, a distance of 217.49 feet to the Point of Beginning, enclosing an area
of 1.64 acres, more or less.
