.KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That 1,\1ichael R. Kocha, Trustee of thri Hacienda
Trust dated February 21, 1992, does he~eby certify that mortgage bearing the date of June 9,
2004 made and executed by Rachel M. Vickers, as ·mortgagors to Michael R. Kocha, Trustee
of the Hacienda Trust dated February 21, 1992 as mortgagee conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $20,673.00 as therejn stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on June 14, 2004 in Book SS8PR on page 595 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 16 of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.

is, WIth a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and

unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
