I Keith H. Robinson and Verda T. Robinson, Trustees of the Keith H. and Verda T.
Robin on Family Trust dated November 21, 1994, and Keith H. Robinson aka Keith ,Robinson and

Verda T. Robinson aka Verda Robinson, husband and wife, grantors, of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT
to Darrin Brown and Karen R. Brown, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as
tenants in common, grantees, of PO Box 941, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 220 feet West from the Northeast Corner of Lot 1,
Block 30 in the Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Townsite, and running thence West
77 feet, thence South 165 feet, thence East 77 feet, thence North 165 feet to the
point of beginning, together with water rights and improvements.
LESS and EXCEPT that land described on that certain Warranty Deed dated
October 4, 1974, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October
24, 1974, in Book 115 PR, page 395, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at a point which is 220 feet West from the Northeast Corner of Lot 1,
Block 30 in the Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Townsite, and running thence West
77 feet, thence South 96' feet, thence East 77 feet, thence North 96 feet to the point
of beginning, together with water rights and improvements.
TOGETHER WITH a perpetual right-of-way of ingress and egress of Twelve (12)
feet in width running along the East boundary of the above-described exception
property.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rig,hts of way of sight or record.
WITNESS our hands as of this 30th day of August, 2006.

and Verda T. Robinson to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their
oath, did say that they are the trustees of the Keith H. and Verda T. Robinson Family Trust dated
November 21, 1994, described in and which executed the ,foregoing instrument; that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under
the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said
trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
