made and executed by and between Northern Utah Partners, LLC, a Utah Limited
Liability Company, in favor of First Community Bank, recorded October 26,2005, in
Book 602PR, Page 547, of the records of the Lincoln County Recorder, State of
Wyoming.
The undersigned, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby declare said Assignment of Rents and any extension, renewal
or modification thereof fully released, satisfied and discharged with respect to the
premises, which is particularly described as follows:
