date of May 19,2003, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and

Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21 st day of May,
2003, in Book 521 of Mortgages, at Page 204 made and executed by Melvin Dean Shoell and
Angela Colleen Shoell as Mortgagors, to the John Gray Hillstead Estate and subsequently
assigned to Jan Ellen Stock, Garie H. Hillstead, Ted Wayne Hillstead, Madge Elaine
Hillstead Tovey, Gwena Mae Hillstead Steadman and Lynn Gray Hillstead as Mortgagees,
by an Assignment of Promissory Note and Mortgage recorded at Book 534, Page 356 on
September 11, 2003 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, conveying certain re,al estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred and
Eighty Dollars ($23,180.00) as therein stated, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee does hereby release and
