Mortgage: Lender and Grantor have entered into a Promissory Note & Mortgage dated
October 9,2004 (the "Mortgage") which has been recorded in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, as follows: Recorded October 14,2004 Book 570 PR., Page 45.
Real Property Description. The Mortgage covers the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Lots 55 & 56, Palis Park Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, being a part of the
N1I2 and SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming
Modi,fication. Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Promissory Note and Mortgage a~ follows:
Maturity dated is hereby extended to
October 11,2007
Continuing Validity Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Promissory
Note and Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are legally valid,
binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this
Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Promissory Note
& ~ortgage and as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
