Martin and Barbara A. Martin, Husband and Wife, grantees, whose address is: 1127 9th West Avenue. Unit A, Kemmerer. WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit: A portion of Lot 7 of Block 10 and the Northerly 6.20 feet of Lot 6 of Block 10, both of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 7, Block 10; thence South along the East boundary of Lot 7, Block 10, a distance of 75.50 feet to the Point of Beginning of Unit A; thence West along the Southerly boundary of Unit B, a distance of 130.0 feet; thence South along the West boundary of Lot 7, Block 10 a distance of 27.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 10; thence continuing South along the West boundary of said Lot 6, Block 10, a distance of 6.20 feet; thence East along the Southerly boundary of Unit A, a distance of 130.0 feet; : thence North along the East boundary of Lot 6, Block 10, a distance of 6.20 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 10; thence continuing North along the East boundary of Lot 7, Block 10,a distance of 27.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of said Unit A. NOTE: This serves to correct the description of the land on that certain Warranty Deed recorded June 28, 2006 in Book 624PR on page 789 of Lincoln County public records.
