KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WILLI ,AM E. KRATZ, grantor of Thayne,
LincOln County, Wyoming , for and i.n consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and'other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt o:~which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever qUit claimed unto WILLIAM E~ ~TZ, Trustee of the said WILLIAM E. KRATZ TRUST, a single
man, grantee(s), his heirs and assigns fi~rever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as they may have or ought to i!mve, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11), in Star"Valley R, anch Plat T.en (10), as platted and '
recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all improverhents and appurtenances thereon. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, excel:t:ions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
