Photostatic Records on page 640 and in Book 570 of Photostatic Records on page 634, described as follows:

Tract A - 2 Revised (2) by increasing the parcel from 8.0 acres, more or less, to 12,00 acres, more or less and to boundary
adjust Tract A - 1.1 Revised (2) by decreasing the parcel from 15.21 acres, more or less to 11.21 acres, more or less. The
property description does not create anew parcel.
The following covenants apply: The land shall not be developed, no structures of any kind will be allowed; a perimeter fence
is allowed; no storage of any kind on the land; the intent is to use the land for crops and allowed animals, only. Farm animals
will be restricted to total of four which will include only horses and cows. No domestic pets will be allowed, These
covenants go with the land and can only be modified by the parties or their successors in interest.
