QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, STRAWBERRY HILLS, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company
Grantors of Bedford, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration for the sum
ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for its heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto NRE, INC., a Wyoming Corporation whose address is P.O. Box
4234, Bedford, Wyoming 83127, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premise
to-wit:
Lot 2 of Strawberry Hills Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the
Plat filed Dec. 7,2000 in the office of Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 267-C,
Instrument No. 871157.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
easements and rights-of-way of record in use. Together with all improvements and
appurtenances thereon.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
