QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Howard Woods and Gretchen
Woods, Husband and Wife of Grover, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideratidn of
Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to Mark Zellmer, a married
perso~ ofLenexa, KS, as sole and separate property, Grantee(s), the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
