JULIAN, Trustees of the CREDIT SHELTER TRUST created under the HARRY F. JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, as Trustees of the QTIP TRUST created under the HARRY F. JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, and as Trustees of the TEENY MAY JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the Mortgagee in that certain Mortgage dated January 22, 2003, being in the principal sum of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand and No/I 00 Dollars ($520,000.00), which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds within and for Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 23, 2003, in Book 510, Pages 376- 377, under Reception No. 887110, and which Mortgage was made and executed by ROBERT B. FOX and JAYSON B. FOX, as Mortgagors, to JOYCE KAY JACOBS and RONNIE F. JULIAN, Trustees of the CREDIT SHELTER TRUST created under the HARRY F. JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, as Trustees of the QTIP TRUST created under the HARRY F. JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, and as Trustees of the TEENY MAY JULIAN TRUST, dated July 19, 1991, as Mortgagee, and which Mortgage has been assumed by Fox Land & Livestock Corp., a Wyoming corporation, as "Successor Mortgagor", by virtue of that certain Quitclaim Deed dated March 5, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on March _, 2003, in Book 514PR, Page 795, do hereby release and discharge from the operation and effect of said Mortgage, and hereby quitclaim unto the said Successor Mortgagor, the following only of the real property described in, and granted and conveyed by, said Mortgage, said real property being situate, lying and being on the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming: A parcel of land located in Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Section 25 and in Tract 47 of Section 25, all of the resurvey of Township 24 North, Range 117 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at Comer No. 1 of said Tract 47 where is found a 3" diameter aluminum cap on a 2 W' diameter pipe stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, 2006" with other appropriate markings, set this survey. Comer No.2 of Tract 49 of said township and range bears N90oOO'00" W (basis of bearing, this description), 2643.90 feet (west, 2643.68 feet record) from said Comer No. 1 of Tract 47. Said Comer No. 2 of Tract 49 being monumented by a standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap. Thence SOoo 10' 15" W along the east boundary of said Tract 47, 281.14 feet to a point where is found a 2" aluminum cap on a 5/8" rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5464", set this survey.
