WYOMING, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 13 RODS WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3 AND
RUNNING THENCE NORTH 10 RODS; THENCE EAST 3 RODS; THENCE NORTH 21 RODS; THENCE
EAST 10 RODS THENCE SOUTH 363.50 FEET; THENCE WEST 3 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET;
THENCE WEST 108 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 98 FEET; THENCE WEST 103.5 TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
