Steve A. Bithell and Susan J. Bithell

as tenants by the entireties
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Rick J. Klein, an undivided 37.5% interest
Laurie L. Roberts, an undivided 37.5% interest
and
Jerold G. Schmidt, an undivided 25.00% interest
As tenants in common
Grantees, whose mailing address is c/o Jerold Schmidt, 3464 So. Cleveland
Circle, Salt lake City, UT 84109, the following described real estate situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead eXfi!mption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 8 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
