Release of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May
27, 1994, made and executed by Marcia Bentley-Nyquist, to Battlefield, Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $14,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 27, 1994, in Book 359PR,
Page 624, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:

Lot 78, Unit C-2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged. .
