Affidavit Affecting Title
I, Katherine Rosas, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:
That Rocky Mountain Title Insurance Agency assisted in preparation of
quitclaim deeds executed in favor of Trapper Trails Council, Boy Scouts of
America, a Wyoming non-profit corporation;
That said quitclaim deeds were recorded August 8, 2006 at Book 629 on
pages 509 and 510;
That the Section was inadvertently omitted on the deeds;
The description should have read as follows:
E1/2 of Lot 6, Section 2, T24N, R116W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming
That this affidavit is filed for the purpose of correcting said matter of public
reoo~. .
