CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL USE AGREEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED, being partie6 to and/or SUCCe6~0r6 in interest of tne parties to, that certain
Acknowledgement and Special Usa Agr..ment dated October 12, 1987 and recorded in Book 256PR at Page
138, Entry No. 680116 in the records of Lincoln County, Wyomíng on October 29. 1987, hereby state:
That the discrepancies in the common boundary between the properties described in the above described
Agreement have been resolved to the satisfaction of the parties hereto, by moving the fence described in said
Agreement and by the recording {simultaneously herewith} of a Quitclaim Deed from ENo O. Merino and Cecelia
M Merino, husband and wife, to RusseU R. Brown and Margean L. Brown, husband and wife.
That upon recordation of this document, the Special U¡e Agreement described above wiH cease to be an
encumbrance or an jppurtenance to the property described in said Agreement.
