PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That LaMar Haderlie and Edith Haderlie, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of December 1, 2001 made and executed by Curtis
W. Haderlie and Karen J. HaderUe, as mortgagors to LaMar Haderlie and Edith Haderlie as
mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$314,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyonúng, on January 16, 2004
in Book 546PR on page 216 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
That part of Section 14, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker labeled "Haderlie Financial Surety".

A.
It being expressly understood aod agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
