KNOWN BY AU. THESE PRESENTS, That ban S. Johns and Jean Johns, husband and
wüe, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of August 30, 2006 made and executed
by Keryr Chadwick and Suzy Chadwick, as mortgagors to han S. Johns and Jean Johns as
mortgagees conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
5300,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Offlcio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyomi,ing, on September 1. 2006
in Book 632PR on page SSS mortgaging the fqllowing described real estate in said County, to
wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released. and
