RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 31, 2001
made and executed by Miles Beverage Inc, A Wyoming Corporation mortgagors, to The Bank of
Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as
security for the payment ofSI44,194.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 5tb day of
June, 2001 in book 465 PR of Mortgages, at Page 780 as document # 873689 and pertaining to
the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, reléased, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
