TRUSTEE'S DEED
This Trustee Deed, made and entered into this ($ day of August 2006, by and
between James C. Johnston, Successor Trustee of the Wayne C. Johnston Living Trust,
13125 South 3100 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, party of the fIrst part; and Robert C.
Johnston, Grantee, POBox 475, Kamas, Utah 84036, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the said fust party, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00), lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by the said second party, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents convey and warrant unto the said second party, all
that certain real property situate in the Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 19, Unit B, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-
way Qf record or in use.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements of any name or
nature situate thereon.
TOGETHER WITH the tenements, hereditaments; and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues, and profits thereof.
To have and to hold the said premises, together with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part.
