Kendall G. Brough and Corrie H. Brough, husband and wife, grantors, of
P.o. Box 23, Fairview, WY 83110, for and in consideration ofTen and No/lOO Dollars
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Joe Royce Nield and Lyndi Nield, husband and
wife as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of P.O. Box 1725, Afton, WY 83110, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying within and being a part of the SE 'l4 of the NW 'l4
Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by
this reference.
TOGETHER WITH all water, water rights, ditches and ditch rights, minerals and
mineral rights and other appurtenances thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of
way of sight or record.
