SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Firstplus Financial, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
STACY BATISTA, TRINA BATISTA
to FIRST SUBURBAN CORPORATION MTG BANKERS bearing date 11/17/1997, recorded 11121/1997
in Official Records Book 404, Page 507, Docwnent No. 846927 in the office of the COWlty Clerk of
LINCOLN COWlty, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $25,000.00 Dollars, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and COWlty,
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same
as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of COWlty Clerk to cancel the same of record.

presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
