KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Bank, N.A. flea Countrywide Bank, a division of Treasury Bank, N.A., the owner and holder of
a certain mortgage deed executed by
DANIEL T HALSTEAD, TAMMY HALSTEAD
to COUNTRYWIDE BANK bearing date 08/09/2004, recorded 08/30/2004 in Official Records Book 566,
Page 55, Docwnent No. 902412 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing
a certain note in the principal swn of $24,800.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in
said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment
and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the
Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
