KNOWN BY ALL THESE ~RESENTS, That Mack G. Croft and LaRae Croft, does hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of January 28, 2002 made and executed by John A. Hill,
as mortgagors to Mack G. Croft and LaRae Croft as mortgagees conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $3,500.00 as therein stateå, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on January 31, 2002 in Book 482PR on page 754 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
