"-',';' ..~.;.:O~.~"...;~ .':¡',' - '. . ,- ; ','_' -"~" ":"':':':.:';~';'.'_'.';_. ... 0001.24 REVOCATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I, RENEE MARIE INGRAM VAN NOY, hereby revoke, annul, cancel, nullify, retract and withdraw any and all transfers of any interest in my property to James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum, located at 1790 County Road 115, Thayne,' Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as: Prater Canyon Estate, Unit 4, Lot 10, Sec. 25, T. 35 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. On or about the 20th day of February 2003, and on or about the 23rd day of April, 2004, I executed two documents entitled "NOTICE OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT". The former was, to my knowledge, never recorded. The latter was recorded in Book 588 Page 83, Receiving Number 909202, in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. In said acknowledgements, I acknowledged that James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum were to receive one-half of the above-described property pursuant to the "wishes and desires" of Delpha Davidson Byrd, and that said James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum had my permission to live in the large, two-story home located on said property. No consideration was ever given by James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum for said acknowledgements. However, said property was given to me, prior to the death of Delpha Davidson Byrd, by way of a quit-claim deed on September 28, 2002, said deed having been recorded on October 8, 2002, in Book 501 PR Page 214 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming, and by way of another quit-claim deed, executed on October 12,2002, said deed having been recorded on October 16,2002, in Book 502 PR Page 013 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming. WHEREFORE I RENEE MARIE INGRAM V AN NOY, hereby revoke, annul, nullify, retract and withdraw the above-mentioned acknowledgements. It is my intention by way of this Revocation of Acknowledgement, that James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum have no interest in the above-described real property and that any interest I may have granted them through the aforementioned acknowledgements is hereby terminated.
