Release of Mortgage

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
October 18, 1999, made and executed by Robert P. Nelson and Susan E.
Nelson, to Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $29,500.00
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 9,
1999, in Book 439PR, Page 190, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 36, Spring Canyon Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
