2001 as Instrument No. 874026 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
RESERVING unto Grantor an easement for a domestic waterline the location of which will be described
by a licensed surveyor at a later date.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption låws of the State of
