CORRECTION MINERAL DEED
MYRNA DELL SAMSEL individually and as Trustee of the ARCHIE C. PYLE
REVOCABLE TRUST dated April 18, 1991, Grantor, of Logan, Cache County, Utah,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration hereby assigns, transfers and conveys to BONNIE LEE
ALLEN of 2451 Ivy Drive #4, Oakland, Alameda County, California 94606, as to
an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest, RONALD D. PYLE of PO Box 352
Castledale, Emery County, Utah 84513, as to an undivided one-fourth (1/4)
interest, MYRNA DELL SAMSEL as Trustee of the M. D. SAMSEL TRUST dated
September 27, 2006, of 445 West 1000 North, Logan, Cache County, Utah, as to
an undivided one-fourth (l/4) interest, and WENDELL G. PYLE of 102 September
Land, Moneta, Bedford County, Virginia 24121-9804, as to an undivided one-
fourth (1/4) interest in and to Grantors right, title and interest in all and
to all of the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and character (being
a 1/200 interest) in, on or under the real property in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof.
This deed is given to correct the Grantees signature and acknowledgment
in that certain Mineral Deed recorded in Book 628 at page 11 as receiving
number 920700 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Wyoming.
WITNESS, the hand of said Grantor, this 27th day of September, 2006.
