Pete M. Golich, also known as Pete Golich, being fIrst duly sworn upon
his oath, according to law, deposes and says:
1-
That he is a resident of the County of Sublette, and State of Wyoming, and
is an adult person;
2-
That this affidavit concerns the lands, real estate and premises situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming and more particularly set forth and
described in that certain warranty deed appearing at page 310 of book 1 86PR of
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, a true and
correct copy of the said deed is attached hereto;

The lands, real estate and premises described in the aforesaid deed were
conveyed by Pete M. Golich and Dixie J. Golich, husband and wife, grantors, of
the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, unto Pete M. Golich and Dixie J.
Golich of LaBarge, Wyoming, grantees;
4-

The grantees named in the aforesaid warranty deed, were husband and
wife, and the real estate so conveyed by said deed did vest in them, the said Pete
M. Golich and Dixie J. Golich , husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety;
5-
That the aforesaid Dixie J. Golich is deceased and that said Dixie Golich
died on the 24th day of August, 2006 in the town of Bondurant and county of
Sublette and State of Wyoming;

That all interest of the aforesaid Dixie J.Golich, deceased, in and to the
above described real estate and premises did upon her death and at the time of her
death terminate, by operation of law, and this affiant did, by operation of law, at
the time of death of Dixie J. Golich become the sole owner of the above-

described real estate and premises and this affiant is on the date hereof the sole
owner of the above-described real estate and premises;

That attached hereto is a copy of the official death certificate of Dixie June
Golich certified by the public authority wherein such original death certificate is
a matter of record and that said Dixie June Golich who is named in said death
certificate is one and the same person as Dixie J. Golich named in the aforesaid
warranty deed as a grantee with Pete Golich, this affiant;
8-
That this affiant is one and the same person as Pete M. Golich, grantee
with Dixie J. Golich in the aforementioned warranty deed.

WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That PETE M. GOLICH and DIXIE J. GOLICH, husband and wife,
grantors, of Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in con-
sideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to PETE M. GOLICH and DIXIEJ. GOLICH, husband
and wife, and to the survivor thereof as tenants by the entirety,
grantees, whose address is LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyo-
ming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the state, to-wit:
A parcel of land in a portion of the SWj4, of Section 15 of the
Resurvey of Township 21 North, Range 116 West of the 6th Princi-
pal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Section 15, of the Re-
survey of Township 21 North, Range 116 West of the 6th Princi-
pal Meridian;
Thence S89°44'15"E along the south line of Section 15 a dis-
tance of 640.83 feet more or less to the east right-of-way of
US Highway JON bypass, said point being the point of beginning;
Thence N19°11'18"W a distance of 251.51 feet along said right-
of-way to a State of Wyoming monument;
Thence easterly along the south right-of-way line of US High-
way 30N, along a curve to the right through a central angle
of 8°59'36" a distance of 433.97 feet (chord bearing
N45°15'20"E, chord distance 433.53 feet) to a State of Wyoming
right-of-way monument;
Thence continuing easterly along the south right-of-way line
of US Highway 30N,along a curve to the right through a cen-
tral angle of 3°22'57" a distance of 163.22 feet (chord bear-
ing N51028'16"E, chord distance 163.20 feet) to a State of
Wyoming right-of-way monument;
Thence continuing along the South right-of-way line of US
Highway 30N, N63°44'5l"E a distance of 357.14 feet;
Thence SOoo16'05"W a distance of 805.54 feet;
