GRANT OF EASEMENT
Tyson V. Thomas and Kristine L. Thomas , grantors of the County of
Lincoln , State of Wyoming hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND
WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC" grantee of
Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following
described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the
following purposes and under the following conditions:

Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right- of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.

Description of Easement. A 15' utility easement centered on the line
described as follows: beginning at the Southwest comer of the Northwest
t,4 of the Northwest t,4 of Section 30, T32N, Rl18W, thence
NI8°24'24"E, 1409.44' to the True Point of Beginning, thence:
N89°36' 16"W, 101.38', thence: Nl °40' 12"E,457.24' ,together with, an
additional 15' utility easement centered on the line described as follows:
beginning at the Southwest comer of the Northwest Y4 of the Northwest Y4
of Section 30, T32N, R118W, thence NI0026'03"E, 1982.11' to the True
Point of Beginning, thence: N89°53'16"W, 318.04'. See exhibit "A".

Binding Effect. The tenns and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
