KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KEITH C. IZA IT and GAYLE

COMMENCING at the southeast comer of the SE~ of said Section 34;
thence N89°-50' -04"W, 532.67 feet, to a point;
thence Nooo-03'-53"E, 33.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, on a north line of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 613 of said Records on page 421;
thence N89°-50'-04"W, 200.00 feet, along said north line, to a point;
thence NOoo-03'-53''E, 435.60 feet, to a point;
thence S89°-50'-04"E, 200.00 feet, along a line parallel with said north line, to a point;
