WARRANTY DEED
Terry J. Berryhill, a single person, grantor of the County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to R.V. Properties, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, grantee of
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
SEE DESCRIPTION IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 440 PR
PAGE 263 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK IN
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING ATTACHED HERETO AS "EXHIBIT A"
AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE .
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

Wyoming, lying East of U.S. Highway 30 North, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies North 268.3 feet, South 78°39' West, 210.3 feet, and North
11 °21' West, 300 feet along the East boundary line of U.S. Highway 30, from the Northwest
Corner of Tract 74, Township 24 North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.;
and running thence North 11°21' West, 300 feet along said highway boundary line to a point,
which is identical with a U.S. Highway boundary line marker;
thence North 78°39' East, 290.4 feet;
thence South 11°21' East, 300 feet;
thence South 78°39' West, 290.4 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
