of P.O. Box 3180, Evanston, WY 82931 ("Grantee"), all minerals in the following described
real estate, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:

Section 15, and part of Tract 65, T21N-RI16W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming as more particularly described on the subdivision plat recorded in the
Lincoln County Clerk and Recorders office file number 246, containing 3.423
